Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey
Your time in the Harry Potter section of Universal Resorts should begin at the Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey attraction. You will find this thrilling ride at the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Once you get strapped in, you will take off on a journey high above the grounds of the castle, seeing magical creatures along the way.
Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts
This ride will take you far beneath the Earth’s surface to try to avoid the trolls, Voldemart, and Bellatrix. Thankfully, Harry, Hermione, and Ron will be there to help you find your way back to Diagon Alley!
Flight of the Hippogriff
Do you know how to properly greet a Hippogriff? If you don’t, you will at the end of this family-friendly roller coaster ride! As you ride around the pumpkin patch, you will pass by Hagrid’s Hut.
Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure
This is one of the newer Harry Potter experiences at Universal Resorts. This heart-racing roller coaster ride will have you going far beyond the grounds of Hogwarts, deep into the Forbidden Forest. Along the way, you will see some of the rare magical creatures from Harry Potter’s world.
Hogwarts Express
The Hogwarts Express is a train that will become your best friend, as you venture from one Universal Resorts park to the other with your park hopper pass. You can ride this train as many times as you wish each day you visit the parks and you will always see something new with each trip.
Hogsmeade Station and King’s Cross Station
These two stations are at either end of Hogwarts Express. You will find yourself within Hogsmeade Station when you are over at Universal’s Islands of Adventure and at the King’s Cross Station at Universal Studios Florida.
Diagon Alley
Diagon Alley is the area you will enter once you get off the Hogwarts Express over at Universal Studios Florida. This entire space is filled with Harry Potter themed restaurants and shops. You can dine at the Leaky Cauldron and purchase your own special wand at Ollivanders Wand Shop.

Everyone needs some Gringotts bank notes when they are visiting Harry Potter’s World at Universal Resorts and thankfully you can exchange your cash for some at the Gringotts Money Exchange.
Grab Some Butterbeer
You cannot end your Harry Potter Experience at Universal Resorts without at least one mug of butterbeer. Although, there are six different butterbeer treats that most people like you simply must try! Those six treats include cold butterbeer, frozen butterbeer, hot butterbeer, butterbeer potted cream, butterbeer fudge, and butterbeer soft serve ice cream. So, while a butterbeer is mandatory as you are exploring Harry Potter’s world, you can at least choose the option that you think you will love the most. Oh, and we won’t think any less of you if you happen to try them all!
